A little over one year to the day when Britney Spears shaved her head, she made another hot mess appearance while going to get sushi! Britney even gave us a semi-crotch shot!

Let's look at the bright side, she is no longer driving around aimlessly at 4 AM, shopping and getting lattes constantly, being controlled by enablers like Alli Sims, Adnan Ghalib and Sam Lutfi!
